Ashley Bissette Sumerel, Editor-in-Chief
Ashley Bissette Sumerel is a television and film critic living in Wilmington, North Carolina. She is the founder and editor-in-chief of Eulalie Magazine and Tell-Tale TV. She has also written for outlets such as Rolling Stone, Paste Magazine, and Insider. Ashley has been a member of the Critics Choice Association since 2017 and is a Rotten Tomatoes-approved critic. In addition to her work as an editor and critic, Ashley teaches courses in Writing and Literature at the University of North Carolina Wilmington, where she is a Senior Lecturer. Allison Nichols, Managing Editor
Allison Nichols is the managing editor of Eulalie Magazine and Tell-Tale TV. She is in a love affair with books and television that doesn’t seem to be letting up anytime soon. Slightly damaged fictional characters are her weakness. She loves to spend her free time curled up with a cat and a book to read or a show to watch. Allison is also a Tomatometer-approved critic (Rotten Tomatoes).

Senior Editor for Eulalie Magazine and Tell-Tale TV, Alicia Gilstorf is a Rotten Tomatoes Approved Critic and a Critics Choice Association member located in Toronto, Canada. In her free time, Alicia enjoys curling up with a good book and losing herself in a cozy game. She loves any coming-of-age films with romance or a paranormal twist. Self-proclaimed “entertainment guru,” Charles E Henning fills his free time reading books, watching movies, and listening to music. While not always up on the latest trends, he is consistently willing to dissect the themes of pop culture.
Melody loves TV. Maybe too much. Besides being a Senior Writer for Eulalie Magazine, she’s the Managing Editor for Geek Girl Authority, an Independent Contractor for Sideshow Collectibles, and a Senior Writer for Tell-Tale TV. Additionally, she has bylines in Culturess, Widget, and inkMend on Medium. To top it all off, she’s a critic for Rotten Tomatoes and CherryPicks.
Jerrica Tisdale, Senior Writer
Jerrica Tisdale is your favorite neighborhood pop culture junkie. She will annoy you with random TV and film facts, while complaining about whatever the hottest new book is. She has been a TV fan all her life, but has been writing about it for over a decade. You may find her work all over the internet, especially reality TV rants. She is a senior writer at both Eulalie Magazine and Tell-Tale TV.
By day, Lara Rosales (she/her) is a solo mom by choice and a bilingual writer with a BA in Latin-American Literature known as a Media Relations Expert. By night, she is a TV enjoyer who used to host a podcast (Cats, Milfs & Lesbian Things). Fairley Lloyd is a content editor at Unwritten, freelance writer, and bibliophile born and raised in eastern North Carolina. Thomas Duffy
Thomas Duffy is a Critics Choice member who has written film reviews for most of his life, starting at age 11 when he crafted his first full-length movie critique on the film, Roxanne, a Cyrano story featuring Steve Martin. As a result of that review and other movie-obsessive writing, Thomas was awarded a creative writing award in sixth grade. Thomas is the proud author of nine books, including two highly acclaimed novels, To Never Know and Social Work. Thomas can be found on X (formerly known as Twitter) or at a New York City movie theater watching the latest hit or independent movie. You can also run into him at Tribeca or at the New York Film Festival.
Adam Patla
Adam grew up less than 3 minutes away from a movie theater, so he was always destined to love all things entertainment. He studied Broadcast & Cinematic Arts at Central Michigan University before working as a talent agent in the Chicago area until 2020. During lockdown, he began discussing film and television on TikTok where he cultivated a platform of over 50,000 followers. He is currently a member of Chicago Indie Critics.
