In response to the recent announcement, director Tamra Davis says she’s thrilled about the announcement. “I recently re-watched Crossroads and was so enthralled with the time capsule of nostalgia that this incredible ensemble cast brings to the screen. Britney is absolutely breathtaking to watch, and Shonda is showing us her early expertise in writing complicated female characters,” said Davis.

Tickets for the film will go on sale at 9 a.m. EST on Thursday, September 28th, and can be bought here.
