On August 22nd, 2025, rising artist Machine Six releases their newest album, Wreckage. Wreckage will be the third full-length album this year, and judging by the already released singles, it could very well be the most impactful. With lyrics such as “Hotter than an engine growl, hotter than a midnight prowl, hotter than the lights go red, hotter when you’re in my head,” it’s difficult for fans not to get overly excited.
Machine Six’s alt-synth rock sound is the result of a collision course of massive guitar riffs and pounding synthesizers, united by a bit of help from AI technology. Their vigorous psalms and zestful hymns are a snapshot of the new and upcoming wave of technology-driven artistry.
Luckily, in between promotions, Machine Six made the time to speak with us about their songwriting process, musical themes, and the possibilities of a tour.

Eulalie Magazine: How would you describe your music to someone unfamiliar with it?
Machine Six: It’s unapologetic. If you blended hard rock, arena-ready riffs, raw emotion, and a splash of synth — then injected it with gasoline — that’s Machine Six. It’s music for anyone who’s ever wanted to break rules, feel something deeper, or just drive fast with the windows down.
Eulalie Magazine: Who are your top influences?
Machine Six: AC/DC, Metallica, Rage Against the Machine, Van Halen, and honestly, any artist in any genre that pairs unforgettable lyrics with bold energy. I gravitate toward conviction in music — artists who punch through the noise with purpose.
Eulalie Magazine: What themes do you like to tackle most in your music?
Machine Six: Freedom. Identity. Rebellion. Growth. Some songs touch on raw relationships or the chaos of modern life. Others celebrate the kind of inner fire that keeps you moving forward when the world tells you to sit still.
I travel a lot, so every album features a track based on a real city — that place becomes the metaphor for something bigger. I have written about Austin, Texas; Rio De Janeiro, Brazil; Miami, Florida; & Hilo, Hawaii. I enjoy sharing my city experiences with my fans. There will never be an album without a song about a city.
Eulalie Magazine: What can you tell us about your songwriting process?
Machine Six: It usually starts with a lyric, a phrase, or a beat that captures a feeling I can’t shake. I am always listening to conversations and asking if the theme or phrase can be a hit song. I am kinda a freak about it, ha ha ha!
From there, I build around the core. I write hundreds of variations of lyrics each week and optimize them using my formula for a catchy song. Currently, I try to write and record three songs per week.
I occasionally use ChatGPT to help explore rhymes, themes, and lyrical variations. It’s a creative assistant, not a crutch. The emotion and the message always come from me.

Eulalie Magazine: How do you feel about artists using AI in their music?
Machine Six: It’s a tool, just like a guitar pedal, a MIDI, or a DAW. It’s not a threat unless you’re lacking soul in the first place. AI doesn’t replace emotion — it just helps shape it faster when used right.
I still write the lyrics, shape the vision, and guide every beat. The final product is always human. The purists may hate AI, but I have been able to express and create so much more than I ever thought possible.
Eulalie Magazine: What can we expect from your forthcoming album?
Machine Six: Big guitars. Bold lyrics. Cinematic riffs. Wreckage is about losing control to find yourself. It’s seduction, obsession, freedom, and fire — wrapped in guitars and attitude.
The record sounds like adrenaline:
Some Lines from the Album –
“Hotter than an engine growl… hotter than a midnight prowl… hotter than the lights go red, hotter when you’re in my head…”
It’s the voice in your head that pushes you past the red line, telling you to burn through the limits people tried to put on you.
You’ll hear lines like:
“You let them crawl in your head, let them paint you with lead
Let ’em spin you like a wheel, like they know how you feel
You let ‘em drag down your name, you let ‘em play in your shame
They act like they made you, but they don’t even phase you”
and
“She Rolls Like Thunder”
Lust, rage, and victory in this record — it’s meant to ignite something inside you, not just play in the background. And the deluxe version? That’s where it gets even rawer with some unplugged versions of top songs.
Eulalie Magazine: Will there be a tour to support the new material?
Machine Six: No plans for a tour yet. Right now, Machine Six is focused on streaming growth, radio play, and digital domination. I may explore virtual events or special fan experiences instead of a traditional tour. Details to come.
Eulalie Magazine: What would you like your musical career to be known for?
Machine Six: For making music that didn’t play it safe. Machine Six is about leaving scars, not background noise. I want the songs to hit hard — emotionally, sonically, and lyrically.
If people hear a track and it makes them feel invincible, wrecked, reborn, or just the push they needed to keep going, then I did my job. I’m not here to be polite — I’m here to be remembered.
Eulalie Magazine: Are there any artists you would like to work with?
Machine Six: Honestly, I love collaborations that come from unexpected places. I want to work with new & unknown artists and songwriters. I think they bring a fresh perspective to music and the industry.
Eulalie Magazine: What other career would you pursue if you weren’t a musician?
Machine Six: I am a tech & music entrepreneur. I already run a large software company, and I love building systems that scale.
But music? That’s where the soul is. Music is my way of creating freedom for myself and for anyone who listens.
